PSESD Closure Guidelines
PSESD Communications is committed to trying to have inclement weather closure announcements made by 7:00 a.m.
There are several ways employees can find out if the PSESD office has closed due to inclement weather:
Stay informed about a closure or delayed start by:
- Calling 425-917-7600 or 1-800-664-4549 (voicemail will confirm closure)
- Checking your PSESD email or RingCentral for an all-staff message
- Signing up for FlashAlert email and text notifications
- Visiting www.psesd.org for a website notification
- Checking local media, including KIRO, KOMO, and KING
Closed Means Closed When the offices are closed, all events at PSESD Renton and/or Puyallup locations will be cancelled. If anyone has an event to be cancelled or delayed and are unable to reach participants through phone, email or other methods, please contact comm@psesd.org and we will add it to the office closure news item on the front page of psesd.org.

For specific building closure and meeting cancellation information, check psesd.org . Some PSESD employees have off-site work options available to them during inclement weather conditions. Please check with your supervisor or under Featured Links at psesd.org for directions/instructions.
