Regional High School Art Show

The Virtual State Art Show is being planned for May 28, 2020 at 3:00-4:30 PM. Puget Sound ESD is proud to announce the 7 winners of the Regional High School Art Show. These entries received the highest scores and will advance to the 47th Annual State High School Art Show. The following artworks from PSESD are competing for the state award:

  • Fiery Woman, Hannah Bomgardner, Cedarcrest High School
  • Path of Reflection, Seung Hong, Decatur High School
  • America's Past Time, Kolbi Lyn Johnson, Enumclaw High School
  • Going Through the Motions, Lindsey Allen, Enumclaw High School
  • Our Future, Olivia Nicole Trejo, Bonney Lake High School
  • Fallen Tree, Courtney C Serres, Bellevue High School
  • Starstruck, Dyami Sage James Morgan, Washington High School

Puget Sound Educational Service District’s (PSESD) Annual High School Art Show Competition is open to students enrolled in grades 9-12 in any public or state-approved private school, as well as home-schooled students, in the PSESD region. Artwork is judged on creativity, composition, and technique. Browse pictures from previous events on the PSESD Facebook Page. Visit the OSPI website for more information about the state art show. Only art from currently enrolled public high school students may advance to OSPI’s Annual Superintendent’s High School Art Show.
