Educator of Color Leadership Community – Principal Commitment Form

SUPPORTING ADMINISTRATOR/PRINCIPAL COMMITMENT

The role of strong principals and leaders committed to racial equity is critical to the retention of educators of color. We are asking administrators/principals to be learning partners and supporters in the goal of achieving a diverse and equitable teaching workforce.

  1. Meet with your teacher participant to go over the ECLC Assurances document.
  2. Complete the following Principal/Admin Intake questions to complete your teacher’s application.
  3. Attend a half-day orientation to acquaint you with the ECLC and best practices in supporting and retaining teachers of color on September 27, 2018.

The deadline to submit your completed intake forms and assurances is September 20, 2018 by 5:00 pm.
