Conference Center

Whether you need to seat 12 or 250, the PSESD Conference Center is the ideal location for your meetings, seminars and special events.

Centrally located, the center offers ample free parking and easy access to area freeways, transit centers and the airport.

The main conference center features three rooms that can be combined into one larger room, seating 36 to more than 200. Tables and chairs can be configured into any arrangement. Most rooms offer natural daylight (with blackout shades), air conditioning, adjustable lighting, soundproof walls, wireless internet connectivity, and video-conferencing capabilities.

The conference center lobby is perfect for informal receptions or for serving refreshments at your event. It features tables and chairs, and phone. Our preferred caterer offers a wide range of culinary options.

We provide onsite support and service that will ensure your event is a success.

Rental fees include a non-refundable $50 booking fee per room which will be assessed if an event is cancelled or changed. Events cancelled less than 30 days prior will be assessed a cancellation fee that equals 50% of the total rental fee. Events that are cancelled less than 7 days prior to the event will be assessed the full rental fee.
