Access & Print Your Clock Hour Transcript

Puget Sound ESD clock hour records have moved to a system called pdEnroller.  All past PSESD clock hour data was migrated from the previous system into pdEnroller.  Activate and log into your pdEnroller account at https://www.pdenroller.org/welcome

Follow the prompts for “pdEnroller Onboarding Process.” If you do not have an existing pdEnroller account, you will be prompted to create a new account.

After you log into pdEnroller, click on your first name in the upper right of the webpage and select ‘Clock Hours’ (see graphic below).  You can then view previous Puget Sound ESD clock hour records, which were imported.  You may download your transcript by clicking on the blue ‘Download Transcripts’ button.  Events will appear on your transcript only AFTER your attendance has been verified.   PSESD aims to verify attendance within 30 days after the event sponsor uploads the sign in sheet(s) into pdEnroller.

A small percentage of PSESD clock hour transcripts could not be added to existing pdEnroller accounts due to the risk of merging two different individual’s accounts.  If you believe you are missing PSESD clock hours on your pdEnroller transcript, email clockhourtranscripts@psesd.org with the following information, so we can determine if you have PSESD clock hours not merged to your pdEnroller account:

  • The start date(s) and title(s) of the missing PSESD clock hour classes.
  • First, middle, and last name
  • Former full names
  • Birthdate
  • Current email address
  • Previous email addresses
  • Current employer
  • Previous employer(s)
  • Current mailing address
  • Previous mailing address(es)
  • Last 4 digits of your social security number
  • Teacher certification number

Puget Sound ESD retains clock hour records for the required seven calendar years. All prior clock hour records have been purged by our office and will no longer appear on your transcript. To document PSESD clock hours older than 7 years, please use the clock hour transcript(s) from that time, or the pink copy of your clock hour request form.  Participants need to keep their own permanent clock hour documentation as per WAC 181-85-085.  Puget Sound ESD does not add clock hours from other providers to your PSESD clock hour transcript.  Please email questions to clockhourtranscripts@psesd.org
