pdEnroller is a robust statewide course and event registration system used by all nine of Washington State’s Educational Service Districts (ESDs) and the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI). Here's a closer look at its advantages and features for educators.
pdEnroller is available for OSPI-approved third-party clock hour providers to utilize for listing clock hour catalogs, with access to system features: event catalog, event registration, and meets clock hours offering requirements, such as: proposals, committee approval, attendee requirements, attendance tracking, survey completion, attendee transcript, and claim codes. It satisfies OSPI’s data retention requirements that all clock hour providers must comply with, offering a simple and affordable solution for clock hour providers looking to share their catalog of events. Additional features like self-registration, event day attendance tracking, surveys, and issuance of completion certificates are also available through the platform.
