In "Leading for Racial Equity: The Role of White Women in Leadership," this interactive workshop explores the intersection of privilege, power, and bias, guiding participants to lead with awareness, accountability, and compassion.
Through case studies, discussion, and practical tools, we’ll uncover how to turn intention into action.
This workshop is open to all leaders committed to equitable workplaces, with optional follow-up coaching available.
