Workforce Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Report

In support of our commitment to becoming an Antiracist Multicultural Organization, the Human Resources & Organizational Development team established a resource to support the agency’s collective observation and commitment to a diverse workforce that reflects the students, families, and communities we serve. The Workforce Diversity, Equity & Inclusion report helps to determine if we are living into our values and whether opportunities for greater access, internal job growth, enrichment and cultivation of a racially diverse and antiracist workforce exist. In addition, Puget Sound ESD has established supporting systems to ensure that we lead with racial equity to foster a work environment rooted in  Antiracist Leadership Competencies.
