Puget Sound ESD seeks a dynamic, highly-skilled Program Coordinator to centralize and streamline critical functions and facilitate key office operations for the ReLife program. The Program Coordinator will coordinate and monitor a wide variety of functions at a building level, agency level and with our district partners, plan and oversee school-wide events, provide administrative, budget and technical support to the administrators, serve as the health room coordinator, and provide ongoing support to staff in a fast paced environment. The position reports to the Principal/Director of ReLife School.

Minimum Qualifications
- Associate/Vocational Degree in job-related field (High School Diploma/GED equivalency and progressively responsible job-related work experience may substitute for AA/Vocational Degree)
- Experience in the efficient management of multiple functions for several staff in a busy office environment
- Writing, proofreading, and editing experience
- Experience designing creative graphic-rich documents and presentations
- Spreadsheet and database management experience, including data entry, manipulation, analysis and/or report creation
- Event management and marketing/promoting experience
- Website management, PowerPoint, or other publishing software experience
- Demonstrates an understanding and commitment to using a racial equity lens
Preferred Qualifications
- General knowledge of Special Education services provided in public schools, staff certification requirements and reporting timelines
- Professional experience working in school or district office and communicating effectively with staff, parents, and students
- Experience and ability to execute school policies, protocols and procedures
- Budget preparation and forecasting experience
- Experience coordinating across departments for program services, fiscal and communication purposes
- Professional experience providing exemplary customer service
