We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Coordinator to lead the fast-paced operational duties of a busy Licensed Childcare Facility that has Head Start, Early Head Start and Seattle Preschool Program! Duties include supervising Lead Teachers, managing the delivery of Licensed Childcare services, and providing operational leadership for center logistics.
The position is based in White Center and is part of our innovative Educare of Greater Seattle Program and provides services to children and families in the multi-cultural communities of White Center and Burien. The PSESD serves 35 school districts and more than 200 private schools in King and Pierce counties plus Bainbridge Island in Kitsap County. Approximately 38 percent of the state’s K-12 public school students are impacted by our work and several of our programs serve students throughout the state.

AA Degree with a minimum of 45 credits in Early Childhood Education, (Highschool Diploma and progressively responsible job-related experience with the 45 Early Childhood Education Credits may substitute for AA).

Experience overseeing or managing a multi-disciplinary full-day, Full-year early childhood/family support program, which includes supervising teaching staff.
- Experience in a Head Start Program; experience working with families, staff, and/or community members of diverse backgrounds.
