Puget Sound Educational Service District seeks two Program Coordinators to coordinate program activities and action plans; monitor program standards; provide technical assistance, training, resources, and ongoing support. This role will require a collaborative approach and the use of program data to improve service delivery and ensure compliance with program, state, and federal regulations and to support reporting requirements. This position will include desk work and occasional onsite support.

Early Learning Program Hiring Requirements
- Portable Background Check: All Early Learning Program hires must have a cleared PSESD fingerprint background check (Washington State Patrol and FBI clearance) and a cleared Portable Background Check (PBC) before their hire date, and every three (3) years thereafter as a condition of continued employment. - Required Health Documentation: A completed Medical Release Form is required within 14 days of official start date for all Early Learning staff.
- For all Early Learning staff, tuberculosis clearance and verification of a completed MMR vaccine are required within 14 days of official start date.
Minimum Qualifications
- Community college and/or vocational school degree or higher with study in job-related area, or a High School diploma with increasing levels of job-related experience.
- Experience with data management systems, such as Excel.
- Experience coordinating program activities and action plans.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Head Start and ECEAP Performance Standards.
- Experience working with people with culturally diverse backgrounds.
- Experience with Early Learning data systems (i.e., ChildPlus, ELMS).
- Experience with monitoring and documentation.
- Experience in collaborating with partners to achieve a targeted goal.
