Non-Discrimination Statement
Puget Sound Educational Service District (PSESD) is committed to providing an equitable, inclusive, and respectful environment for all. We value the many backgrounds and experiences in our community and believe they strengthen the work we do. PSESD prohibits discrimination in any aspect of its programs, services, or employment practices. This protection applies to every employee, applicant, student, intern, and volunteer.

Title IX: Sexual Harassment and Sexual Assault
PSESD commits to a positive and productive working environment free from all forms of harassment, including sexual harassment. This commitment extends to all employees and other persons involved in programs or activities of the PSESD, whether that program or activity is in a PSESD facility, center, school district site, transportation, or PSESD sponsored-training held elsewhere.
PSESD takes allegations of sexual violence, harassment, or discrimination seriously. PSESD has designated staff responsible for responding to, investigating, and resolving complaints. You can use PSESD Sexual Harassment Complaint Form to report the matter. You can also make a report directly with school administrators (Principal) or PSESD Title IX Coordinator.

Harassment Intimidation and Bullying (HIB)
PSESD is committed to a safe and civil educational environment for all students, employees, parents/legal guardians, volunteers and community members that is free from harassment, intimidation or bullying.
PSESD will follow the process and steps outlined in Operating Procedure 1020P for reporting or filing a complaint of harassment or reporting suspected harassment of another staff member or volunteer. Operating Procedure 3207P will be adhered to when a student is suspected of being harassed, bullied, or intimidated by a staff member or another student.
