To submit a public records request please email PublicRecords@psesd.org. 

Public records requests that are submitted outside the agency hours of Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm will be processed as received on the next business day.

Human Resources and Payroll Department/ Verification of Employment

Please direct the following employment verifications to Payroll at payrollhelpdesk@psesd.org

• Documents from financial institutions (e.g. mortgage loan and/or refinance, etc.)
• Community organizations (e.g. King County Housing Authority, DSHS, etc.)
• Verbal verification of employee start/end date and job title (salary verification can only be provided in writing with employee’s signed authorization).

Please direct the following employment verifications to Human Resources at hroffice@psesd.org

• Employment history verifications (e.g. Hire Right, US government, School District Years of Service, etc.)
• Law firm requests for employee information (typically associated with vehicle accident claim)
• Loan forgiveness
