Clock Hour Services

Clock Hour Services provides assistance to the educational community by providing clock hours for professional development. There are two categories, of services: clock hours for “Individuals Earning Clock Hours” for attending professional development; and for Class Sponsors wanting to offer clock hours for district, regional and state workshops and conferences.

 

Individuals Earning Clock Hours

 

Clock Hour Fee

  • Clock hours are $2.00 per clock hour with a $10.00 minimum per person per class.

Transcripts

  • Puget Sound ESD Clock Hour transcripts are mailed twice annually.
  • Individuals completing a clock hour class through Puget Sound ESD during the months of September through March will receive a cumulative transcript mailed to their home address by July 1st.
  • Individuals taking clock hours during the months of April through August will receive a cumulative transcript mailed to their home address by December 1st.
  • Transcripts may also be purchased at other times during the year for $10.00 per transcript and must be requested in writing. To order a transcript send written request and $10.00 to:

Class Sponsors

Clock Hour Services provides transcripts, evaluations, and clock hour record keeping for individuals and course providers for Washington State Clock Hours.

Classes
After a class has been approved for clock hours, Clock Hours Services will provide everything needed to offer clock hours for the approved professional development event. A packet with the following materials will be mailed to the sponsor: Clock Hour Instructions, sign in sheets, clock hour forms and evaluations.

Conferences
For sponsors offering clock hours at large events Clock Hour Services will provide materials and staff to assist with a clock hour booth.
